Studies may include small to agency-wide classification analyses, small to agency-wide base salary and total compensation studies, position audits, job analyses, and special studies. Studies may involve the collection analysis of data, recommendations on classification and compensation documents and structure, reports on methodology and findings, and presentations to internal stakeholders. Selected agencies will not be involved in labor relations, administration, or implementation activities.
