Summary of scope includes the renovation of the 1st and 2nd floors into reconfigured offices, laundry room, private sleeping rooms, and private restrooms. New or upgraded plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, smoke alarm, low-voltage, and alerting systems. Additional exterior improvements include new roof, windows, hardscape, door hardware, and storm drain system.
