Bulletin Desc:

The work consists primarily of office and warehouse improvements including asbestos abatement, ADA restrooms, millwork, HVAC ductwork and new roof, electrical, lighting, plumbing, interior finishes, chain link enclosures, rollup door, EV charger and parking stalls, and vehicle exhaust control system. Bids are required for the entire Work.
