Item Information
Item # 1: ( 208 - 41 )
A technology solution that will help staff retrieve and generate documents more efficiently. This effort aims to reduce administrative workload and support ongoing work to streamline City operations. Currently, City staff spend considerable time searching through multiple data systems to find important information, including public records, contracts, and Council documents. Staff also generate reports and respond to Public Records Act (PRA) requests, which can be time-consuming. The City is looking for a solution that makes it easier for staff to access and use institutional knowledge. By streamlining search, document retrieval, report generation, and PRA response, staff will be able to focus more on serving the community.
