The City provides eligible City employees all benefits to which they are entitled. The best medical care available is provided at the earliest indicated time accompanied by all appropriate indemnity benefits. In tandem the City has a fiduciary responsibility to its citizens to minimize medical and indemnity expenditures. Telephonic and Field Case Management services are desired to assist the City in the management of medical treatment and enhancing the Citys return to work efforts. Partnering with an established Medical Case Management service provider is critical to achieving cost containment goals.
