This is an as-needed RFP to locate qualified organizations that can offer digital inclusion services to residents and other key stakeholders in order to bridge the digital divide in Long Beach. Services may include community outreach and digital literacy education, technology procurement and distribution, or technical assistance in grant writing. Additionally, all selected vendors will be expected to provide data for their services and to participate in regular collective impact meetings to share best practices on the current state of digital inclusion in Long Beach.
